Measure your waist where you want the belt to lay.
Let's say you measure at a 34. Take 34 and subtract 2 inches for the addition of our buckle. You will want to order a 32.
The proper fit for a belt with a buckle should be that the buckle hooks into the 3rd hole of the belt. We stock sizes 32, 34, and 36.
